Personally, I think mission statements are cheesy. But if I had to choose one for Bigmouth Copy, it would be this:
I’ve wanted to help small businesses take over the world since I started professionally writing in 2013.
Growing up, I got told I had a big mouth. Which, fair. I don’t have much of a filter.
But that’s exactly what my clients need.
The truth is, there are a million service providers out there who do exactly what you do.
But no one will ever do it exactly how you do it, because there's only one you.
The problem? You won’t brag on yourself because you were taught bragging is wrong. But that’s a lie.
And I’ve built my business on bragging about the skills that ooze out of creative service providers, unique industry leaders, and small business owners.
It’s about time you had someone endlessly brag about you, too.
But while I’d love to take all the credit…Bigmouth isn’t just me anymore.
I hand-picked a team of creative geniuses who not only know what they’re doing but give a lot of fucks about doing it right.
I trust them with my own business, reputation, and calendar. (Which is saying a lot.) Because they’re that good…and because they believe in this work as much as I do.

Alex takes my ideas and polishes 'em up via good design.
She's a formally trained artist with more than 10 years of arts experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in printmaking, and drawing has always been her favorite pastime (got it from our momma, she's an artist too).
We’re your favorite sis-to-sis duo: I strategize and write the shit out of your copy, and Al gets nerdy making it functional and beautiful.
And when she’s not taking care of the design tasks that have been bogging you down? She’s still illustrating on her iPad, playing games with friends and family, or cooking delicious meals!
Working together has been one of the best things that’s ever happened for our relationship, and now it’ll be one of the best things to happen to your business!
(She does prefer vanilla ice cream to chocolate, which is a character flaw IMO, but try not to hold it against her.)

With a background in creative writing, content marketing, and brand strategy, Megan writes personality-driven copy that helps Bigmouth’s clients show up, stand out, and sell more without sounding like anyone but themselves.
She translates what makes you unique into words that connect and convert, from email sequences to blog posts, to ongoing marketing assets.
I brought Megan in because she has a sixth sense for voice, and a seventh sense for turning it into copy that makes people feel something.
When she’s not capturing your voice, you may find her planning her next international trip, writing poetry, or snuggling up with her husband and three cats!

While we’re writing and designing, Kenzie supports our team by ensuring everyone has everything they need, is on track for deadlines, and keeps all details and expectations organized.
Between hotel management, coordinated volunteer groups, and office/project management over the years, she loves being able to do whatever it takes to support our team so you get the best output possible.
I chose Kenzie because she manages our team the same way we serve our clients: with zero chaos and a whole lotta care.
When she’s not running a call or meeting with clients, she’s playing with her son, assisting with weddings and events, and relaxing at the beach!
PROJECT MANAGER
Bringing a decade of sales experience and more than five years as an online copywriter for service providers, coaches, and creative consultants, Jess brings the sharpest one-liners and “wait…is she in my mind!?” results for our clients.
She’s got an uncanny gift for making complex offers sound simple, helping small businesses sound iconic, and allowing founders to fall in love with their brand all over again!
I handpicked Jess not just because she’s wildly talented (she is), but because she brings a dangerous (in a good way) combination of storytelling and soul to her writing.
