  • The exact flow varies a little based on project type, but here’s the general flow:  

    1. I’ll ask you some questions that cut to the heart of your biz, and we’ll have a chat to dive deeper. 

    2. The team and I will write and/or design for you.

    3. You’ll review your materials and request as many changes as you want during the revision period. 

    4. We’ll implement the changes you requested, and ask if you’d like any further revisions before calling your project complete.

  • That’d be the entire Bigmouth team, because even though I know that I’m damn good, I also know that three really smart heads are better than one. So while you may only interact with some of us as we move through your project, just know that an entire team of marketing badasses are using their brainpower on your business.

  • Um… yes! Taking on your unique voice is what we do, baby! Here’s how:

    • Research the heck outta your brand. 

    • Ask you the right questions to gain insight you might not even know you had. 

    • Evaluate how you write and how you speak, because they’re not always the same. 

    • Revise until you love every word (yup—unlimited revisions are included during the revision period).

  • I doubt that very much. But, just in case, every project includes unlimited revisions during the revision term of each portion of the project. It’s the closest I can get to a happiness guarantee.

  • Each invoice is pay-in-full by default. If you’d like a payment plan, we’re happy to set that up for you, but just know that your bill must be paid in full before we start work.

  • Probably! We work with service providers in creative industries or with a creative mindset. Past clients include wedding planners, photographers, coaches, florists, stationers, realtors, jewelers, podcast hosts, professional organizers, interior designers, accountants, attorneys, therapists, and soooo many more.

  • Maybe. We prioritize past website clients for our monthly marketing services because we know that their funnel is fully set up to handle the inquiries that come in as a result of our monthly work. Get in touch and let’s discuss your specific situation.

  • Our favorite website host is Squarespace and we recommend it to all of our clients, but we can also design in ShowIt if you’re already on the platform.
